Made-to-Order Products

All items in this shop are made to order. This means each product is created specifically for you once an order is placed.

Because of this, please allow time for production before dispatch.

Processing & Shipping

    Orders are typically produced within 7 days before shipping.

  • Shipping time:
    Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable).

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by postal delays outside my control.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of these products, returns or exchanges are not accepted for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or ordering errors.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • colour preference

  • scale preference

  • personal expectations

  • incorrect address supplied at checkout

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery.

When getting in touch, please include:

  • your order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • clear photographs of the item

If the item is confirmed to be faulty, I will offer:

  • a replacement, or

  • a refund, where appropriate

This does not affect your rights under consumer law.

Colour & Scale Disclaimer

Please note:

  • Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products

  • Pattern scale may appear different depending on the product format

These variations are considered normal and do not constitute faults.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or amended once production has begun.

If you need to correct an address or order detail, please contact me as soon as possible after placing your order and I will do my best to assist before production starts.
